We are looking for a mechanically inclined, dependable individual to join our bindery team as a trainee. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in mechanics, HVAC, warehouse operations, mailhouse/fulfillment, or similar fields who enjoys working with equipment and learning new skills.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with setup and operation of bindery equipment (folders, stitchers, cutters, etc.)
• Learn to read job tickets and follow production specifications
• Help maintain equipment and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Support team members to keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in hands-on environments (mechanic, HVAC, warehouse, fulfillment, etc.) preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
