Summary

Serve as the primary contact for customers while coordinating print projects from estimate through production and delivery with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer print orders and production schedules
  • Communicate project specifications, timelines, and updates to customers
  • Coordinate workflow with prepress, pressroom, bindery, mailing, and shipping departments
  • Prepare and review job tickets for accuracy
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive service
  • Assist with sourcing apparel and promotional products as needed
  • Support direct mail projects and related production coordination
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the printing industry
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Experience with apparel sourcing, promotional products, or direct mail a plus
