Customer Service Representative
Summary
Serve as the primary contact for customers while coordinating print projects from estimate through production and delivery with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer print orders and production schedules
- Communicate project specifications, timelines, and updates to customers
- Coordinate workflow with prepress, pressroom, bindery, mailing, and shipping departments
- Prepare and review job tickets for accuracy
- Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive service
- Assist with sourcing apparel and promotional products as needed
- Support direct mail projects and related production coordination
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the printing industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional work ethic and reliability
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
- Experience with apparel sourcing, promotional products, or direct mail a plus
