Summary

Operate and maintain stitching equipment to produce high-quality booklets, catalogs, and brochures in a fast-paced commercial print environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run saddle stitchers per job specifications
• Read job tickets and adjust for size, stock, and stitch placement
• Monitor quality (alignment, trimming, stitch consistency)
• Troubleshoot issues and perform basic machine maintenance
• Meet production deadlines and complete required documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe work area

Qualifications

• 2+ years stitcher experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• High attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
